With your resume in hand and following our in-depth phone conversation, we will select a range of available aged care jobs that suit your needs. We will then discuss which of these roles are more suitable for you than others, taking into consideration the employer, salary and conditions of employment.

3. Checking References

Once you have decided which positions are best for your current situation, we will work with you to select the best references for these positions. As a Recruitment Agency, E4 will then perform these reference checks ourselves and pass on this information to the employer, as part of your application.

4. Applying for a Position
